This is from a time when work started in the docks area of Cardiff with the intention of improving things for everybody. This photograph contrasts the solid and elaborate doorway facade against the insecure and battered licenced premises door.
Photographs from the Yesterday series are produced from 35mm black and white negatives or 35mm colour transparencies taken between 40 and 50 years ago by graphic designer and artist, David Hopkins.
This photograph is a high-quality black and white photoprint on 265gsm gloss and is supplied with a card window mount. Prints and mounts are available for A4 (297mm x 210mm) or 12inch x 16inch frames. Prices for bespoke size prints can be provided on request.
