This image is entitled Ice Cream Van, although there are a number of other prominent features in the picture that could have also inspired a title. 
 
It is one image from a series featuring scenes in and around Cardiff, South Wales in the mid 1970s. This photograph has plenty going on with almost everybody seeking shade from the sun, even a small group trying to recreate Luncheon on the Grass by Manet in the middle, but others probably oblivious to their surroundings.
